Concept

The Nest, read downward

The pillar stated in both directions. A Global Form at one scale is a Local Rule at the next going *down* as surely as up: a Culture's form is a rule running in an ordinary day, a Skein's is a rule running inside a Dyad. Consequence, and the reason it matters: a Local Rule found in yourself has two possible origins — built by repetition, or delivered — which feel identical from inside and answer to different interventions.

  • Part One — Why This MattersThe Three PillarsThe whole framework in four moves: the Loop, the Third Thing, the Nest, and the Leverage — with the self's own chapter next, as the clearest example of pillar II.
  • Part Two — How to PracticeFinding Your Local RuleFour honest questions — loved, capable, needed, sustainable — and the overlap where a rule worth repeating actually lives.
  • Part Four — The Ground UnderneathSystems Theory FoundationsStocks, flows, and feedback loops — the formal machinery underneath the leverage ladder, and the recursion that makes the whole system fractal.
