Built, not found
Most belief systems present their origin as discovery rather than construction. Fractalism takes the opposite position, on purpose: this was built — assembled, iteratively, out of mathematics that's real, psychology that's tested, and stories people already found true enough to love. Saying so isn't a confession. It's the method, stated once, applied to itself.
The reasoning is simple: a belief that requires you not to look too closely at its own foundation is teaching you, quietly, not to look too closely at anything. The full argument is here.
What this site is
A living home for the complete Fractalism handbook — every chapter, unabridged, free — plus the interactive pieces the text always implied: the relational map, theStanding Thirds gallery, and the Weaving practice. “Living” means it keeps being revised; the Iterations page records every change, because a text about revision should be visibly revisable.
What it asks of you
Nothing. No account, no email, no donation, no declaration. If a practice here is useful, use it. If a name for a pattern helps you see the pattern, keep the name. If none of it lands, the source library below is full of excellent books that stand entirely on their own.
The sources
Fractalism cites its raw material openly — the complete list is in theSource Library, from Thinking in Systems toThinking, Fast and Slow to Atomic Habits to Cat's Cradle. Where a piece of this framework resembles something an older tradition already recognized, the text credits the resemblance directly rather than hiding it.
Open source
The entire site — text, code, and the graph that connects it — is public atgithub.com/SeantheBomb/fractalist-system. Found an error, a better formulation, or a pattern worth standing up? That's not a deviation from Fractalism. Building it is Fractalism, applied to itself.
